The action at Fort Steilacoom over the weekend was spectacular, with 135 players completing for over 4500$ in cash.  The weather was beautiful, with sun both days and very little wind.  The trees made a welcome respite to the high temperatures, and overall was a tremendous time for all.

The course was magnificent this year, with extreme attention to manicuring the fairways, turning the 36 holes combined in the NW and SE courses into a 27 hole mother course that challenged even the best players.

The final nine was incredible, with all four players putting on a good show and keeping the race tight to the very end, where Nate Sexton was forced into a sudden death match for 1st against Tim Skellenger.  Tim won and was awarded a sponsorship to Team Innova for his wicked throws.
